Programs & Services
HopeBridge provides whole-child, trauma-informed care designed to help children and families heal, connect, grow, and thrive. Through a unique blend of therapeutic, educational, relational, and nature-based experiences, we meet each child where they are and help them discover their God-given worth and potential.
Our programs will include equine-assisted services, nature-based therapeutic activities, counseling and family support, occupational and developmental services, TBRI-informed programs and trainings, Hope Connection Camps, educational experiences, and family restoration programs. Together, these services create a safe and supportive environment where children can build healthy relationships, develop resilience, strengthen families, and experience hope.
The Dream
Our long-term vision is to create a Christ-centered community where sibling groups in foster care can remain together in family-style homes while having access to therapeutic, educational, and nature-based support—all within one connected community.
